The most frequently asked question in daily conversations amongst friends and strangers is “How are you doing/feeling?” In turn, the most persistent lie that is told by strangers and friends alike is “I’m fine”

This 100-page prompted journal was created to encourage people to not only document their feelings but to truly analyze how they feel. My hope is that even if we only disclose a vague/untruths, that to and for ourselves, we tell/examine/discover the actual truth of how we really feel. In doing so, when there is an imbalance or an unfavorable feeling, this journal includes a reference table of English and Australian Flower Remedies. These remedies detail flower essences that help balance emotions. Whether it is grief, sorrow, despondency, fear, anger or more, the user will be equipped with a self-assessment questionnaire to determine which flower remedies will be most healthful for creating a happy balance.

In addition to using flower remedies for healing and balancing our emotions, this journal also provides a chart of herbal remedies that can assist in you feeling better physically and spiritually. There are literally thousands of herbs throughout the planet that are used for healing. These herbs may be used in herbal tea form or in spiritual baths.

To best manage your emotions and to function at an optimal level, it is also advisable to eat clean (natural, unprocessed foods), drink quality water (half your weight in ounces but at least 64 ounces daily), detox toxins (evacuate your bowels 1-2 times daily along with detoxing the other paths of elimination seasonally) and move your body (daily exercises, walking, strength training, etc.)

This journal may be used as a daily journal of feelings and as a planner for how to analyze your feelings. Each day prompts you to journal how you feel emotionally, physically and spiritually along with assessing what flower remedies and herbs can help navigate a better way of feeling.
